If an item is out of stock, please allow approximately 10-15 business days to manufacture your order and you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

International shipping:
If you would like to place an international order, please contact us and let us know your shipping address and the item number(s) you are interested in and we will check the customs regulations, because there could be some restrictions on jewelry. The value of the package cannot exceed $500 and you will be responsible for any custom fees and taxes. You can find out the custom fees by contacting your local UPS (United Parcel Service) customer service. Shipping fee will be around $50-60, but we need to know your exact address to find out the shipping fee. The shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. You will need to send us an international money order denominated in U.S. dollars or you can send us your payment using “Western Union - Money Transfer” (please visit: http://www.westernunion.com) and we need to clear the funds before we can ship your order. If you have an existing PayPal account, we might accept PayPal payments from your country.

1. DESIGNER jewelry is very unique and made to orders ONLY! Please allow us approximately 10-15 working days to create it depending on the time of the year!
2. DIAMOND goods are made to order within 7-10 business days!
We're proud to offer free shipping on every order shipped to US address, including Hawaii and Alaska. We ship all items via UPS Ground or US Postal Service using Priority Mail (for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii).
If you want to expedite your order, you might want to choose UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight delivery. We charge $19.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air and $39 for UPS Overnight delivery.
No PO BOX deliveries can be made, only street addresses, since UPS does not deliver to PO BOX.
All merchandise is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. We ask all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
1. If your order is being shipped by UPS Ground (Free):
Delivery usually occurs in 3-6 business days after it is shipped from us.
2. If your order is being shipped by USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii (Free):
Delivery usually occurs within 3 business days after it is shipped from us.
3. If your order is being shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air ($19.00):
Delivery takes 2 business days.
4. If your order is being shipped by UPS Overnight ($39.00):
Delivery takes 1 business day.
An 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California State.
We make every effort to ensure that your online shopping experience at Bestreligiousjewelry.com is safe, but if you prefer an alternate form of payment, we accept money orders, cashier checks, personal checks or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars.
MONEY ORDERS/CASHIER CHECKS/CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS are preferred as we can ship your order immediately, because the funds are certified.
PERSONAL CHECKS are also accepted, however, your order will not ship for at least 3 weeks, while the funds clear.
All check types must be received by us and funds must clear before the order can be shipped . Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable.
To order using one of these other methods, simply order your product as if you were going to submit online and make sure that you select Mail/Fax Order. Please pretend that you are going to fill out an Order and then click on submit. Print out your order verification page and include it with your payment.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 20 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us!
